Follows up unfinished checkouts by e-mail, with a preview of exactly who would get what.

Sends one polite reminder to a shopper who reached the end of the checkout but never finished the order – sales that were already almost yours.

What it does

• Finds the orders that stock OpenCart hides from the order list (missing orders) – they are lost sales.
• Adjustable delay (48 hours by default), one reminder per order, looking back at most 14 days.
• Preview before sending: exactly who would get which text; a sample mail to yourself.
• The mail goes out in the customer’s language with a “do not remind me” link; it gives no coupon and never touches the order.

Good to know: Works on its own; OCEX PHPList Sync is optional.
