2. What we sell

We sell downloadable extensions for OpenCart 3 (the products). The Licence is part of these terms.

3. Prices and taxes

Prices are in US dollars. Value-added tax (VAT) is calculated at checkout from your billing address and VAT status, and is shown before you pay. Businesses in the European Union with a valid VAT ID can have the reverse charge applied where the law allows it.

4. Order and contract

You order by completing the checkout. The contract is made when we confirm your order by e-mail.

5. Payment

You can pay with PayPal or by bank transfer. We release the files when the payment has been received.

6. Delivery

Products are delivered digitally, as described under Delivery & Downloads.

7. Licence

You get the right to use the product as set out in the Licence.

8. Right of withdrawal

Consumers in the European Union can withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. For digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium this right ends once the download has started, if you have expressly agreed to it and confirmed that you lose the right of withdrawal. Businesses have no statutory right of withdrawal; see the Refund Policy.

9. Warranty and support

A product works as described on its product page and in our demo. If it does not, we fix the defect, and if we cannot, the Refund Policy applies. Support is described on the Support page.

10. Liability

Our liability is limited to the price you paid for the product concerned, except where the law does not allow such a limit (for example for intent, gross negligence or personal injury). Please keep a backup and try new extensions on a test copy of your shop first.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Slovak law. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live are not affected. Consumers can also turn to the Slovak Trade Inspection (Slovenská obchodná inšpekcia, www.soi.sk) for an out-of-court solution.
