Status e-mails go out in business hours; evening and weekend mails are queued until you open.

Do not wake your customers with a status e-mail at midnight. Mail Timing sends status mails at once during business hours and queues the rest for the next working morning.

What it does

• Working days 8–18: immediate. Evenings, weekends and holidays: everything goes out together at 8:00. All times are settings.
• The order confirmation is never delayed – someone who has just paid gets the mail at once.
• If you change the same order several times in the evening, the customer gets one mail with the final status in the morning.
• At the bottom of the settings page: which mail goes out when, with “Send now” and “Cancel” buttons.
