What it does

• Statuses in your own order (not alphabetical); the status description is added to the order comment automatically, in the customer’s language.
• Tracking numbers per order – several parcels allowed – with a clickable tracking link in the customer e-mail (Packeta, GLS, Posta, DPD, FoxPost).
• Bulk status change in the order list: tick the rows and every e-mail goes out properly.
• Status colours with a “what to do” logic: waiting for you, waiting for the customer, waiting for the courier, done.
• Two dashboard panels: “stuck orders” with a day threshold, and a warning about unfinished orders without a status.
• A checkout steps bar on the storefront.
