What it does

• A question can be linked to a category (and is inherited by its products), to a product or to a manufacturer.
• A FAQ page of its own at a clean URL, with a filter.
• Every question has a short, quotable answer (30–60 words) and a longer one; the short answer goes into the FAQ structured data, so it can be quoted in search results and AI answers.
• A link icon per question: opening the link expands that question and scrolls to it.
• When the live search finds nothing, matching questions are shown above the result list (with OCEX Live Search).
