An automatic welcome e-mail series for new partners, with a test mode.

Welcome every new installer or reseller with the same proper e-mail, in their own language. The mail is assembled from sections and goes out automatically after registration – or with one button from the customer page.

What it does

• Sections: a thank-you, a partner section for customers in the partner group, a VAT-exempt section when the VIES result allows it, and a closing with an offer of help.
• Preview and send from the customer form; saving a customer never sends a mail by accident.
• Built-in texts in English and Hungarian that you can override per language; merge fields such as name, company, VAT number, customer group and login link.
• Logs when a mail was sent: once sent, the button changes to “Resend”.
• The VAT paragraph is included only when the shop really grants the exemption.

Good to know: The VAT-exempt section needs OCEX Business Customer; OCEX Snippets can override the texts (optional).
